Established through a strong partnership among JCI Türkiye, Bulgaria, Croatia, Moldova, Romania, Serbia, and Ukraine, the conference is organized annually in a different Balkan country. In 2026, JCI Ankara host the conference in collaboration with JCI Türkiye in the capital.
